You represent and warrant that you have all necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not infringe any third-party rights.
The Service relies on artificial intelligence (AI) and third-party cloud services to deliver its core functionality. While we are a European (Danish) company and strive to comply with EU regulations including GDPR, some of the services we depend on are operated by companies based in the United States and other jurisdictions outside the European Economic Area (EEA).
By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree that your uploaded content (including video, audio, and any derived text) may be processed by the following third-party services:
We prioritize keeping data within the EU where possible. However, due to the nature of AI services, your content may be transferred to and processed on servers located outside the EEA, including in the United States. We maintain Data Processing Agreements (DPAs) and Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) with our service providers to ensure appropriate safeguards for your data.
You expressly consent to this processing as a necessary part of using the Service. If you do not agree to your content being processed by these third-party AI services, you should not use the Service. For more details about how your data is handled, please refer to our Privacy Policy.

Subscription fees are processed securely through Stripe on behalf of Apostolsk Kirke Danmark. Charges on your bank or credit card statement may appear as "FromSunday.io" or "Apostolsk Kirke." We do not store your payment card information directly; all payment data is handled by Stripe in accordance with PCI DSS standards.
The Service uses a credit system for video processing. Credits are consumed based on:

The Service, including its software, design, and content (excluding user-uploaded content), is owned by FromSunday.io and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not:

You may cancel your account at any time. Upon termination, your access to the Service will cease, and we may delete your content after a reasonable retention period.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, FROMSUNDAY.IO SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR REVENUES, WHETHER INCURRED DIRECTLY OR INDIRECTLY, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, USE, GOODWILL, OR OTHER INTANGIBLE LOSSES.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless FromSunday.io, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, and expenses (including legal fees) arising from your use of the Service or violation of these Terms.
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of significant changes by email or through a notice on the Service. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Kolding, Denmark. Notwithstanding the foregoing, mandatory consumer protection laws in your country of residence may apply to the extent required by applicable law.
